One soft, fluffy donut enjoyed across the Atlantic marked the inception of a dream to introduce this delightful experience to Trinidad.

With donuts not being very popular in the twin island republic, Chelsea took it upon herself to bring this concept to life on our shores. Teaming up with a close friend, they embarked on a journey of experimentation with various recipes and techniques to achieve the perfect texture and fluffiness.

Despite initial hesitations but fueled by unwavering support, they ventured to the Queen’s Park Savannah on Independence Night of 2022. Just before the fireworks, they successfully sold all 40 donuts to families willing to try something new.

Encouraged by this positive response, Chelsea delved deeper into establishing a donut business. With the backing of friends, family, and ongoing word-of-mouth promotion, Dough Bomb evolved into what it is today, growing steadily with each passing day.
